My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and large shower room. The living room always stayed cool, thanks to the efficient AC system. However, the location near the main door made it a bit inconvenient due to the proximity to dirty shoes. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English. The dining experience was mixed, with delicious options but some issues like uncooked eggs. The facilities were well-maintained and offered good value for the price.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The rooms were huge and tastefully decorated, making our 5-night stay in a superior room and subsequent night in the junior suite room truly enjoyable. The service was impeccable, with staff going out of their way to assist us, whether it was Naii at work or other team members. The location was nice and comfortable, offering easy access to key city attractions, and the dining experience was delicious with a great mix of Western and Asian options.
The hotel rooms were very clean and pleasant, equipped with amenities like a safe deposit box, kettle, coffee, tea, free bottle of water, and a mini-bar. They had a good size, were very bright, well-furnished, and comfortable. However, there was an uncomfortable smell from the WC upon my arrival. The service was very attentive and helpful, promptly addressing any issues during my stay. The location was good for local amenities and food, but a bit far from Riverside. The dining experience was superb with a variety of fresh options, though some dishes were not fresh. The facilities were well-maintained and up to standard.
